1. Your Private Design Consultation
Your consultation is the first step in creating your bespoke memorial jewellery. We take time to understand you, your story and the person we’re honouring. Whether incorporating inherited gold, adapting a design you love or creating a piece to hold ashes, we’ll explore what’s possible. With no pressure, our Hatton Garden jewellery specialists will guide you with care.
2. Getting your design made up
Once your design direction is approved, our design team creates a detailed 3D CAD model of your bespoke jewellery, carefully built around your chosen diamonds or gemstones. The design is shared with you to review, allowing every detail to be perfected before your piece moves into our Hatton Garden workshop and the handcrafting in precious metal begins.
3. The handcrafting begins in our Hatton Garden Workshop
Your approved bespoke jewellery design now begins to take shape in precious metal. In our Hatton Garden workshop, skilled jewellers carefully shape and refine your piece, bringing your CAD design to life, no ashes are added at this stage. We’ll keep you updated with photos and videos as your handcrafted piece progresses.
4. Placing the Ashes
Your loved one’s ashes are carefully placed into your bespoke memorial jewellery in our Hatton Garden workshop. We photograph and film this important stage, giving you complete reassurance that their ashes are handled with care and personally incorporated into your cremation ashes jewellery.
5. The Final Touches
Your bespoke memorial jewellery is carefully polished and given its final finish at the workshop. Each piece is thoroughly inspected by our jewellers, ensuring every detail meets our standards before your precious ashes piece is carefully packaged and prepared for its journey home to you.
6. Your Jewellery Is Coming Home
Your bespoke memorial jewellery is carefully packaged and sent to you by Royal Mail tracked and signed next-day delivery. Once dispatched, we’ll send your tracking details so you can follow its journey home. We simply ask you to let us know when it arrives safely. It’s yours to wear, treasure and keep your loved one close.
