Don't worry we send out a ring sizer with your memorial kit where you can write your ring size along with the form and send back to us! Simply pick any size on the website to proceed with your order.

How long will it take until I receive my order? (watch the process)

Each Ashes to Gold piece is individually made to order. Our usual production time is approximately 4–6 weeks from receiving your ashes and order information. If you require your jewellery sooner, please contact our team before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Where are the ashes added? 

A small amount of your loved one’s ashes is carefully placed and securely sealed within the ring during the making process. This allows the ashes to remain discreetly contained inside your jewellery.

Can I return my item?
