We aim to make our pieces within the 4-6 timescale we set out, however if you wish to have this sooner please contact someone from our team to discuss.

Where are the ashes added?

We have redesigned the classic halo ring to house the ashes which is placed securely behind the stone.

Can I return my item?

As we make each ring to house your ashes we can not accept refunds on this item however adjustments can be made such as ring sizing- view our FAQ page here
